Summer research for learning simplified methods for gardening utilizing various vertical and up-cycled materials.
RLSP - 5 Year Energy Assessment
In May 2025, data collection for the fifth year for energy assessment begins, determining how adjustments of use, appliance changes, gas to electric usage, and other efficiency improvements improved costs of electric billing, using Colorado’s rural electricity services.
Larn Lab - Preparedness
During the closing of the 2024 Fall school year, Larn Lab provided safety enrichments, and preparedness training for Pre K to 3rd grade participants within our Illinois and California chapters.

RLSP - Equitable Living, Summer is an overview of four summer seasonal observational data showing detail of equitable challenges, benefits, or adjustments for those of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, or People of Color) living or visiting Colorado’s rural areas.
Larn Lab: Healthful Groceries
For the last Larn Lab activity for the 2023-24 school year, PreK students were shown how to continue eating the fruits and vegetables during the summer. Many students were introduced to new fruits and vegetables they'd never tried and wanted to know how to identify the produce to their parents and guardians.
