Tscion’s support includes assisting with community donations, participant training fees, supplies, and other resources needed to provide for environmental education chapter enrichments, materials, and research.

Who We Support

Environmental Education, supporting demographic include Rural-area White, Black/African American, Asian, Native American, Hispanic and Immigrant (Illinois and Colorado) with 65% households where income is less than or equal to twice the federal poverty level; English Second language (ESL) learners; Access and functional needs (AFN), and able-bodied.

Areas supported are identified by the Climate and Economic Justice Screening Tool (CEJST); considered disadvantaged because they meet at least one burden threshold AND at least one associated socioeconomic threshold .

Community Outreach & Support: Economically disadvantaged people, Immigrants and migrants, Underserved Academics, Farmers, Military personnel, Retired Seniors, Veterans
