RLSP was created to address rural area service gaps that can be presented as recommendations to state-level stakeholders; improved understanding for city-suburban area US residents considering moving to rural areas; learning innovative methods and technology that helps simplify persistent rural area issues. Our project primarily focuses on the needs within America’s Colorado Rural area.
