Over $500 in Donated Healthy Options

Tscion’s Just A Bag Program has now donated up to $500 in healthy food options for Colorado residents in need. The donations have expressly contained vegetarian, vegan, and organic food options for those with dietary requirements. Our program started in November 2022, helping many who appreciate food pantry support but cannot eat much of the food selections provided. Since March 1, 2023, the ending of SNAP COVID-19 food support has required more to seek additional food security. This has made Tscion consider seeking funding to expand the current Just A Bag program within Colorado and begin support in Illinois.

Just A Bag is a food security program developed by Tscion to encourage donors to send just a bag of food to local shelters, veterans support, and direct mailing to families in need. Donations are at least $35. Just A Bag’s primary delivery source has consisted of food options and cleaning products from Target®, using nonprofit discounts.
