Larn, our new youth learning project, is starting its first research and development based on environmental education and preparedness for youth PreK-12th grade. Learning materials and curriculum are being tested for PreK and Middle School to determine what learning gaps need to be addressed for adequate translation of EE learning and emergency tips. The project goal is to develop an applicable curriculum that assists State and Local Stakeholders in translating instructions and environmental education for specific types of youth and ESL learners. Results of this project should materialize a learning curriculum with the intent of building a learn center that supports capacity building and mobile learning application.
