NoSugar NoVember

Tscion Wellness is preparing for its first annual No Sugar November Challenge. Participants are encouraged to try one MONTH or one WEEK without sugar.

One Month Starts November 1 - November 30 and One Week starts Nov 15 - 21.

Cheat days are for Thanksgiving and Hanukkah for brave One Month participants.

Alternatively, participants of #NoSugarNovember can also select any seven days during the month of November to cut or reduce sugar intake.

Select participants will receive glucose testing to show their sugar intake progress; natural sugar craving supplements to help curve sugar cravings.

Pending on the selected challenge (month or week), an open blind survey will be provided to help provide us with the data we need to review sugar cravings during the start of the holiday season.
