For the first year of Just Click & Drag (JCD) Tscion Academia provided the following support services for seniors:

• HD Television Setup

• Apple Software upgrade and customer service representation

• Education in “Cutting the Cord,” an alternative for solely relying on the internet and tv provider apps over cable tv

• Consultation on how to properly communicate with tech support

• Tablet support and repair

• Internet providers consultation to benefit from Senior programs

• Smartphone lessons

• Rural area solutions for offline networking and cloud storage

Senior support was provided in person with COVID-19 compliance (masks), over the phone, or via chat support. In fall 2022, our next project will be satellite internet setup and expanding offline networking support for rural area seniors.
